RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY 

We always try to ensure our customers love their products! All products are quality checked & packed with lots of love and care before sending them out to you.

In the rare situation that you receive your product damaged, please email us at sales@alsapha.com within 24hours of receiving your item. A full refund will be issued once we receive the product back.

Please Note: Returns are only accepted for items that have been broken during shipment not wear and tear or change of mind.

When returning the item, make sure that the product and packaging is in the same condition as received. 

Please note that we are not liable for the cost for delivering items back to us.

All orders made via Afterpay, zippay or paypal will be given a store credit of the amount. 

Can I exchange me item/s?

We DO NOT accept returns of any products if you change your mind or find that they don't meet your needs. You can learn more about our products by reading their specifications, which are included in their descriptions. 

How long will it take to receive my funds?

All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please wait 3-5 Business days to receive your funds. 

Please note that  we are unable to refund shipping charges.
